Delete secondary email address

Delete secondary email address

Hello,

I am trying to delete a Secondary email address (studio@).

I have made another secondary email address and confirmed it, but when I click the option to delete the first Secondary address a message appears saying ' Please contact your Organization administrator majorvisual@majorvisual.com,to delete your email address.' I am logged in as that administrator so I don't understand why this is happening.

I want to free up studio@ so that I can add it as another user.
