Delete User Attachments to free up space
Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to manage user data. Our reps are sending email with an attachment and it's creating a data storage issue that it not easily manageable from an admin level. The past week we've hit our limit twice and I've had to add more space to keep things working. My issue with this is that we could add an additional gig to our account every week and it never goes away and I have no easy way to free up space. Nearly 100% of our storage space is a handful of PDF documents that get replicated on each email and it doesn't make sense to store this info.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to manage this. The only though is to prevent attachments via. privilege system so that it's not possible and have our reps send attachments though our own email server. If there's an easy way to clean this up via. Zoho, then we could keep sending through zoho and clear it out on a monthly basis.
