Deleted a user from mail, Now cannot add the same user in CRM

Hi.

I have not heard back from support and are having a problem.

I added a new user to CRM and to MAIL.

I decided not to use the zoho mail for this user and deleted the email address.

Zoho then also deleted the user off of CRM. Ok no big deal, but trying to add the user to CRM again generates the invite emal but they cannot accept it.

The error is, This "An account already exists with this email in this au DC. Please contact support.

As stated, support does not seem to be answering emails, not even an automated "We are looking into it"
