Deleted documents

Right now, I just got my document in Zoho Writer deleted...
One document got blanked out, another document had its content substituted for a third document and the original document lost - what the hell happened??
All I did was open and close some documents in Zoho Writer.
Can it really be true that my work is lost, just like that, and for no apparent reason? I can't find my document at all. Please tell me that your online docs suite is better than this, and that my document(s) can be recovered...
