deleted email is not really deleted
Hi, I retrieved mail from my account using POP and a mail client and it retrieved email that I had deleted before and that I can't see in the zoho mail web interface.
It is a privacy issue if zoho doesn't delete my email when I hit the "DELETE" button.
This is not about zoho making backups (that I understand it is necessary).. this is about you marking somehow my mails as "invisible" when I want them to be DELETED (just like the annoying outlook does). If this is the case, please don't fix this by disabling the retrieval of "invisible" email from POP. Fix this by actually deleting email when the user wants it to be deleted, be it through pop, imap, web, or any other interface.
I don't want you to have access (for technical reasons or whatever) to my deleted email NOR I want to be able to retrieve ghost email, specially being on a business environment, the tech support staff may be able to read private and critical deleted email when setting up mail accounts on new computers.
I would appreciate explanations on this as I am only speculating.
