I tried to empty my inbox but because of my outlook preferences, i lost all my inbox and sent emails box. (For inbox i still have the emails for the last 1 month)

I deleted my inbox and outbox today. Can you please recover it, so i can take a backup from my outlook.

I will really be appreciated if you can help me.
