I recently found out that a large number of records had been inadvertently deleted from Zoho by me, although I have no recollection of this. The truly scary part is that it was purely by chance that I noticed weeks later that they had been deleted and was able to restore. Under more normal circumstances I probably would not have looked at these records for a number of months and not noticed they were missing until too late.
This got me thinking that it would be great to setup some kind of alert that would trigger if an item was deleted (and only if it was deleted). I've looked at workflows, but there doesn't seem to be a way to limit the alert based on that kind of trigger (at least in the Pro version, unsure if Enterprise offers this functionality). Any other suggestions on how I might get this safety mechanism in place?
