Deleting/Closing current Zoho CRM Account to accept shared CRM database

I followed instructions but the "Delete CRM account" did not appear.  Please help!!!

Instructions:  Closing Zoho CRM Account

You may want to close your Zoho CRM account for various reasons.

To close your account

  1. Go to Setup > General > Company Details.
  2. Click the Delete CRM account link.
