Deleting CRM for an account

Hi,

I have one email address in the organization that created a CRM instance and is super admin. But I wanted to change the super admin to another email address, so I created a second CRM instance under the other email address. No I'm trying to add the old email address to the new CRM instance, but it won't let me because it's already associated with it's own CRM. How can I delete this CRM account for the old email address?

I've followed various instructions that say there should be a delete button at the bottom of the "Company Details" section in Setup, but I don't see a delete button there.
