Hello,
my colleague set up her POP account on Mac Book. Her computer downloaded e-mails on hard drive and deleted e-mails from her Zoho mail client, but her usage quota is still full (5GB).
Now she cannot see any old (downloaded) e-mail on Zoho client, but storage is still full.
Can I (admin) somehow access and delete some space on her Zoho client? Or can she somehow see those e-mails and free some space on Zoho.?
