Hi, not sure if this will post twice, but just in case I have a few questions. I'm the CEO of Classtracks.
By accident I created two Zoho CRM accounts. Both accounts have two different Super Admin. Currently, my company email is the only active user in the first account and I'm the super admin. The second account has the emails of all my other colleagues and employees. So my questions are:
1. Is there a way to merge the accounts into one account? if so how?
2. If the first option isnt possible, how can I delete my the account with only one active user?
-Also do I need a new email if I delete myself from the first CRM?
