Our emails sent to clients from ZOHO CRM directly from inside the module have a shockingly poor open rate.
When using Yesware for Gmail from our Gmail / company domain they seemed to be opened much more.
What is going on here? Bad sending reputation?
Zoho campaigns- mass email marketing module, slightly worse than our successes in Mailchimp and other providers.
