delivery date per product line on purchase order + follow-up invoice

some basic requirements :

How do you define the delivery date for each line or product purchased by a customer.

How do you update the real delivery date in the order ? Can we issue of delivery bill ?
How can you find out which line of order are not yet delivered ?
how do find out which line of order has been shipped but not yet invoiced
