Hi,

1) I really want to take the plunge into zoho email and put my colleagues into this but some of the features needed for me are still missing and hence, I am re-requesting them. A few months (or may be years) back I had asked the 'delivery receipts' feature to be given (read receipts feature is already there) and a zoho lady replied back here in the forum saying that you will try and give the feature. That feature is still not included. Please give the feature immediately. Urgent!

2) For my emails, I need to compose windows in different formats. Right now you give the option to chose font size in only 4 sizes and we can't understand what font size (in numbers) is that specially for people who will read in MS Outlook. Can you please give the option to chose font size in numbers (as is in MS outlook) when we compose messages?

3) If we send emails from zoho using smtps of our external email accounts do they count towards daily outgoing smtp restrictions put in place by Zoho?

Is there any sort of restriction on how many emails we can send from zoho using external smtps?
