Does the AES functions use 128, 192 or 256 bit encryption ?

Does anyone know of  AES encryption/decryption functions in C# or NodeJS that produces the same results as the Deluge script AES functions ?

I have a requirement to encrypt (using AES) outside of Zoho Creator and pass the encrypted data to ZC where it will be decrypted using the Deluge script AES functions.
