Deluge Debugger??

Are there any support or plans for a more sophisticated/powerful Deluge debugger to be developed? Or is there an existing Deluge debugger only for Certified Deluge Developers? A powerful debugger that would allow breakpoints to examine and change variable values can be so useful in solving development problems faster instead of just the "info" command.
