The essence of this function is seen in its ability to streamline time conversion, providing a more efficient approach to managing timestamps.Apart from time conversion, this function also adjusts input date-time values to various formats, improving compatibility, as well as seamlessly converting dates and times between different time zones.Use caseConsider a global finance application that records transactions across various time zones. The toDateTimeString function can be utilized to standardize the presentation of transaction timestamps.
