Deluge Script for CRM

It seems as though I'd be able to do what I'm looking to do with a deluge script but can I use it in Zoho CRM, here's what I'd like to do:

A lead needs to be tagged as having an interest in one or multiple regions. Based on those regions, the lead will have interest in one or multiple specific locations within each of those regions.

I'd like to create a drop-down that allows users to first select the regions of interest and then select specific locations from a list that only shows locations within the previously selected regions.

Can this be done and what would be the best way to go about it?
