Deployment Issues

I am having a problem. I have installed Zoho Virtual Office on my computer and now I am trying to get my coworkers to be able to access Zoho. We are currently working with OpenGW and the only that they had to do was to follow a link - but that apparently isn't the case here. Do they also need to download it? I am completely new to this. Any and all information/guidance would really be appreciated.
