I have been using Zoho for a couple of months now, and I enjoy the functionality and helpful support team. I do however have a few issues with the design and thought this may be the best place to voice it. Here goes;
Grey Section Below Business Card
On a lap top, this grey section takes up most of the screen space when there are multiple contacts on that record, because the contacts are placed on separate lines which extend the height of the section. I really do not need my contacts shown there, but there is no show/hide option.
Font Size
On a screen 1440px wide, the font size is too big, impacting on the columns and causing text to wrap. I have a 9 character width only for the "name" column, which is not really helpful. I have columns that are jumbled up with text, while there is a large empty whitespace on the right hand side.
Total Count
The page counter does not display until you actually click it, which is annoying while you use the filter trying to confirm the result count.
Kanban Display
The cards could use less padding in the css which would allow more data cards to show per view, where the point of the board style is to easily move cards between stages and view your company status at a glance. The task icon could be moved to alongside the date, thereby reducing the height and line of empty space.
