Designing zoho crm

Hello,

I am using zoho CRM. I want to have more friendly interface for users, putting only fields required by user needs and rights, having possibility to insert links like "create an option" wherever I want... etc... how could I do that ? I do not want to create an app, zoho crm is fine I just need to optimise the interface.
