Desirable Features and changes in Zoho CRM

I made a list of deasirable features as well some necessary corrections in Zoho CRM:

1) allow to make conference calls in skype from Zoho CRM
2) calls in skype from tasks
3) due time in tasks with pop reminders
4) call logs
5) schedule meetings from activities/calendar with many contacts sending meetings reminders to all invited attendees with quick answers.
6) sync with quickbooks
7) in activities page there is not a button for creating tasks or events.
8) there is not Quick Create for tasks, events.
9) quote, invoice, sales orders and purchase orders shoud be also possible to be exported to other fomats like MS Word, Excel, etc.
10) templates editor for quotes, invoices, sales orders and purchase orders should be improved in a way to be more direct without having needs to edit in HTML as many users do not feel comfotable in such enviroment.
11) Custom buttons and links (like the ones available in Salesforce)
12) Formula custom field

Can you inform if you are planning to have any of the listed above and when?
