It doesn't appear that with the current Zoho Finance integration with Zoho Desk that one can initiate an RMA for a customer. Am I missing something, or is this not a current feature?

If this is currently not available, I would suggest that it should be part of the integration.

The use case seems pretty straightforward to me. Most customer return requests are going to come through customer service, which should be tickets in Desk. It would be optimal if CS agents could initiate the Zoho RMA process right from Desk.

There are other "nice to haves", like the ability to generate return labels, etc. However, just linking to current functionality seems like it should be a priority.
