Desktop App for offline work.
You may already be looking at this but I would like to recommend it if not.
I would very much like to have an syncronizable desktop version of the ZOHO apps - primarily writer, sheet first with others to follow that would allow those of us on the road to work offline. It would be able to edit or created docs while traveling and when back online an automatic sync would occur.
This is the only thing that stops me from migrating completely to ZOHO office products. I personally would be willing to pay a small fee for the ability to have one set of apps that work online or offline and keep files synced between a folder on my PC and my online browser based world. Free would be better but 20-30 dollars per year with perhaps some nice sizable multi GB storage capacity included would get us offline capability and ZOHO a little more cash for development.
I am sure this is much more complicated than it sounds, there is one online vendor working with a java version of their app in this regard. I truly believe that ZOHO has a better online product and a larger variety of applications, all of which show dedication to your online products and user community.
