Businesses send out a lot of 1-1 emails. Maybe for prospecting, updating important information or scheduling demos. A Desktop notification for every email open, click makes much sense in this scenario. Currently, the only way i get to know such opens/clicks is through the bell icon inside CRM. 

It would make such a huge impact for businesses if there was a desktop alert every time an email is opened/clicked. This would help us in following up with those respective leads right away rather then clicking on the bell icon a hundred times to check who opened/clicked

I know an email alert can also be configured through workflows which sends out an email alert but that's again useless. Zoho CRM is robust but why does your product team miss out on such small but significant features?

Hubspot for example has both a chrome extension which gives an overview of email open/clicks, all the emails sent and many such activities. I also get instant desktop notifications for every email click/open and also what link in the email was clicked. Isn't that such a cool thing?

I think your product team build features what they think is useful rather than what users think (that's product management 101 by the way). I want to add many more users to my Zoho CRM from Hubspot but it's falling short of so many important features (along with the aesthetics/look/feel)
