Does anyone know if there is a way to enable browser-based desktop notifications (e.g. chrome browser desktop notifications) for Zoho CRM? I'm particularly interested in notifications for the SalesSignals/Email Insights. I see the in-app alerts in the top righthand nav-bar of Zoho CRM, where it will show all SalesSignals/Email Insights (email opens, clicks, etc.), but desktop notifications seem to be missing.
Desktop notifications are a vital feature for our team does not live and breath in CRM every second of the day, so users are forced to manually look to the CRM Alerts section to view email insights. We've used a plethora of industry leading sales software such as Yesware, ToutApp, Mixmax, and SalesLoft which proactively alert salespeople of all email activity via a desktop notification, which significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of our salespeople's efforts to follow up with and close deals with our prospective customers.
Is this available today in Zoho CRM? If not, I'll be sure to add this as a feature request.

As a salesperson, I would like for the CRM to alert me in real-time about my customers' interactions with emails I sent them so that I can immediately take action to contact that customer.
