When entering a new contact, who is either another Contact under an existing Account, or an associate of a Contact you already have, there really, really needs to be a method to:
1.
Create a new contact *from* an Account - transferring the basic information "down" to the new Contact, populating the fields - e.g. Address, City, State, ZIP, possibly phone, referred by, etc.
OR
2. A
Duplicate Contact menu option that takes an existing contact, duplicates most fields, leaving name, email, and phone empty for you to fill in for this new contact.
Regarding #1, there also needs to be a way to update related contacts if an Account's address changes or something. Thanks...
p.s. I know you can "mass update", but this is a field by field process, and takes a ton of time, and really does not keep the Account/Contact sync'd.
p.p.s I've just converted a few people from ACT!, which has both these features, in fact, and this comes up all the time.
p.p.p.s. ACT also opens up their framework via an SDK so you can add functionality if it's not there - it'd be nice to have this in ZoHo.
