In the audit trail we can see who made a change to what record.

If you go to that record, you can see the updates made to it, but unfortunately it often says "updated some fields".

The fact that sometimes the exact change is shown, I am wondering if it is possible to have this available for all fields.

From an audit perspective it is not only interesting to see who and when records were changed, but also what was changed.

Could you please elaborate on this?
