Can someone provide some details on how to add a note to a contact/lead using the Zapier integration of Zoho CRM?  My trigger provide a phone number as a lookup key and then some added data that I want to add as a note.  I assume that I want to use the "Update module entry" or the "Create/Update module entry" actions but I'm still not sure how to do it.
