1. I opened a free zoho account in late September/early October to test it.  

2. I decided to buy and hired Susan Clark of Cornerstone Consulting in Houston to help me migrate two users from salesforce.com to ZOHO CRM.  Susan accomplished this in November.

Susan cannot figure out how to make sync work; she's tried everything and is now not responding to my calls and emails.  I am desperate.  My calendar is like a Physician's calendar; I am booked 8-5 every day and the only completely accurate calendar I currently have is in my head.  ZOHO is great for appointments scheduled by my Assistant. I use google calendar for Invites because I have not been successful in using the ZOHO invitattions (sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and I can determine cause).  Plus, I don't think the ZOHO invitation is getting it on my contact's calendar like an outlook or google calendar invitation.  

Susan suggested I load up ZOHO Calendar but it doesn't even sync with ZOHO CRM, much less google calendar.

HELP!
