Devastating signature problem

Hi!

Right now I´m using a signature on my Email with a picture/logo in it. Ive set the size of the logo to small, however when people open the Email on a computer the logo is huge (see http://imgur.com/7IttqGm).
Any way to make the logo resize properly on computers?
