I am new to ZOHO (still in trial mode) and looking at click to call and
auto dialer options with third parties. I have looked through
previous discussions and can't find any recent information on the
subject. If anyone has experience in this arena, your advice would
be greatly appreciated!
I am looking for an option that I click to call directly from ZOHO
contact while in the CRM and ideally have the option to create call
lists that I can use an auto dialer. I have been using MOJO
which works really well. The downside is the CRM is extremely
limited (hence the reason I am making the switch). The nice
feature MOJO offers is the ability to use your land line or cell phone
to make calls. From their application, you click an icon to
start a call session, it provides a call in number and code, which you
can call from any phone, and then once connected all of your calls are
captured in the CRM while they are actually made from your cell or
office line.
I have looked into a few of the options on the
zoho
website, but have run into some limitations:
Promero - only web based (ie - can't bridge to cell or office line)
Ringio - minimum of 4 users (I am the only one in my office that
needs this)
Talkdesk - doesn't offer unlimited minutes, using cell or
office line isn't an option, don't have click to call (unless
on Salesforce)
Callizine - min of 5 users
I have a trial with RingCentral, but haven't been able to
figure out how to set up outbound calls from cell phone yet. It
may be an option, but thought I would reach out here before putting
much time into it.
Any thoughts?
