Hello! I am giving Zoho One a try. :) Overwhelmed by the amount of exciting tools so far. I'm using G Suite for a year now and love Gmail. Migrating to it from Exchange took a massive effort and I was so happy it was once over! Now I see that using Zoho Mail may be a nifty way of ensuring that all correspondence, including campaigns, is conveniently associated with each lead/contact. I'm trying a 2-way sync but unsure if it's the same as using Zoho Mail exclusively. I'm sure I'd miss out on some Zoho features with that sync.

Has anyone migrated from Gmail to Zoho Mail entirely? Do you find it more practical and rewarding than sticking to Gmail? Is it worth a switch? Thank you for your time.
