Did anything change recently with Zoho Creator?

I have been using a few contact forms on my personal websites. I have been away for a while and Zoho Creator account went dormant.  I logged on and reactivated the same. However when I quickly tested my contact form got this notification.

The actual content submitted which used to get delivered as an email and also logged in Zoho Account did not happen though.
