Did not subscribe yet, bad support experince from 1st day.

Okay, the only reason I'm writing this is to compensate for the time lost from my life and save it for others.

my experience as follow:

stated the trial, had issue, chatted with the support, first two time they helped, then started to not understand my requests, giving me "will get back to you", a after I requested a call or conference using voice, first they said after Hour then preferred to chat which last for an hours then now solution, after that they schedule a call for the second day and the day end and till now no call! after I contacted the live shat again they lift me waiting and did not response.

I will Waite and see, I will update this to be fair.
