Difference between mobile and desktop version for Zoho CRM

I have a question regarding mobile and desktop version of Zoho CRM. It seems that they are different. I mean that, for instance, on the desktop version, I can see tickets related to an account, projects liked to this account but, on the mobile version, these items aren't visible. Is this normal? Is there any way to have the same information on both platform, knowing that I have to use the mobile app offline.
Moreover, I can see the Tasks block related to an account on both application, but on the desktop version, I can see the attached tasks and on the mobile one, nothing appears...
