We're a project based SAAS company looking to further integrate into Zoho (We already use the CRM module extensively) I'm not sure if we should use Sprints or Projects. I can see features for both, but they both seem to overlap in many areas.

We do alot of internal software type of development (SAAS) but then also run projects for end clients.  

Is there any resource to help explain the difference.
