Difference of Zoho Mail and CRM mail integration

Hi,

I have Zoho CRM Plus with mail integration.

I just would like to know WHAT are the differences between the Mail integrated in CRM Plus and the Zoho Mail (standalone). As far as I know, the integrated mail in CRM is just the free mail, so several options are missing. Right?!

Is this true also for the CRM Plus version?
