I am new to Zoho and it looks great - but I have been spending too long fighting with the import.
I created Campaigns. Then, imported Accounts and then Contacts using the Migrate from CRM option. That (eventually) worked fine.
Then, I have tried to import my Potentials.
If I import through the Migrate from CRM Option, the Potential Attaches fine to the Contact (I am prompted on import for the Contact ID field.
BUT - it does NOT import the Campaign Source - even though the field is mapped and I receive no message after import to say that it was a problem.
If I import through IMPORT Potentials from within the Potentials Module, using THE SAME CSV file, the CAMPAIGN SOURCE DOES get imported BUT now, the Contact DOES NOT!!!
In fact, when I import this way, I am asked for the Contact Name and NOT this time the Contact ID - but even though i have mapped the Contact Name, it still does not appear!
Can anyone help with anything simple before I am completely bald!?!
