Different Auto responders for the same form depending on from which Web site the form is submitted

Hi,

We have several different forms in Zoho creator to be used in different Web sites. All these forms have have the same fields, but the reason for using different forms in different Web sites is because we want to send different auto responders when the form is submitted from different Web sites. Is there a way to use a single form instead of several different forms and send different auto responders depending on from which Web site that form is submitted? In essence, is there a way to find from which Web site the form is submitted?
