different email as per gender

Hello,

I wanted to know how can i configure my email template as per gender since it will go out in Spanish. I want to use Dear but its different for both female and male, is their any way of doing that instead of me sending 2 different newsletters and just changing the dear as per the gender i specify. Also if possible could you please mention how to put that gender tag on the campaign.
