Different email notifications to send based on same blueprint/transition

Have a question related to blueprints, transitions and workflows. 

I am trying to create a blueprint to manage the leads generated in CRM from chats missed in Zoho SalesIQ. The automatically missed chat lead is created with the country field filled based on the visitor's IP address. 

If we miss a chat overnight, we have a list in CRM with all of them and we have a blueprint to follow up with that person. See below:


Now, I know I cannot have more than one transition to the same stage. Also found out that I cannot have two blueprints for same stages. All I am looking for is an easy way to specify the languages of the email notifications after "Ask Location", depending on the countries it would be either English or Spanish. 
I tried creating two separate blueprints with different criterias for them to be activated, but it looks like that doesnt work. I could align workflows in it, but it gets very confusing because I dont wanna tightly adhere the rules of field updates to emails, it would be better to have them under blueprints. For example, I dont wanna send an email notification everytime the Lead Status is changed to "Sent to Distributor", the workflows makes the processes a little harder on that.
Any advice??
