Different types of Sales Orders?

Our company sells a lot of completely different products. When filling out Quotes, Sales orders and Invoices I don't want to go through a big list of irrelevant fields.

For example one department selling and setting up websites, another organising printing of banners, posters etc.

Perhaps a way to make certain fields invisible to particular users? I don't want to buy a different Zoho account, as we contact many of the same clients.

Please get back me if anyone has any ideas.
