Difficulties creating more accounts

Hello there
A few months ago I asked whether I was allowed to create multiple e-mail accounts on Zoho (I need 4 accounts for different uses). I've been told that it is possible as long as each account has a different alternate address, a condition easy enough to fulfill.

I've tried to do that today, but I get stuck because I'm being asked for a cell phone number. I do not have a cell phone, so I couldn't even set up two-factor auth for my personal e-mail address (the one on this account I'm posting with). So I tried to use a service for receiving SMS online but I get an error saying the number is already used.

How can I create more mail accounts when I need a different cell phone number for each?
