It is impossible to find the directions for how to create an app-specific password for Outlook. You need this if you have two-factor authentication and want to sync with Zoho CRM.

It is located on the "Additional security verification page". If you can't find it from your online portal, just send an email to Microsoft support and they will send you a link.

One more thing, when you get to the page, you have to click on the text "App Passwords" which is hidden in plain sight.  It is part of the title and you can't tell it is a  hyperlink.
