Disable auto-completion for a form?

Hello,

Is there a way to prevent auto-completion for a form?

We have a form with name, address, phone and e-mail. On mobile devices, for example, the name is entered and you can then have the other data filled in.

However, these are not displayed on the following page. See the attached video!

In the video you can see from the lines that the variables were not output. Only if you really fill in every field, they will be displayed.

Is it possible to prevent auto-completion?
