Disable MFA not working anymore

Hi!

I had a few users in Zoho CRM that had MFA disabled on their account, including the super admin account. Since a few days ago, all of a sudden the MFA is enabled again and I cannot disable it anymore - even though it says "MFA disabled successfully" when trying to log in it still requires MFA.

Please help - how can I disable MFA again?
