Disable some features

I am wanting to use just some of the features that Zoho VO has to offer. Is it possible to disable the features like email, calander..etc.. and leave only the document share facility avaliable?

Me and my friends would like to share files with each other, and this is the only feature that we need. And as my friends are not the most tech-savy I want to eliminate any possible causes of confusion :)
