Disable Spam filter for contact form submissions

Disable Spam filter for contact form submissions

Dear,

I am using zoho mail to receive mails submitted through a contact form.
Unfortunately I have not been able to configure a way to whitelist these messages. Some go to the inbox, most of them go to the spam folder.

Can you please help me turn off the spam filter for messages with a specific tag in the body, or sent to a specific " name" ?
