Hi,
I am having an issue with zoho when responding to emails on profiles and the email doesn't open or disappears when clicking "reply". The email also does not open in drafts as I checked this.
This randomly happens on profiles, and if I reload the page and try later again, it usually works. Do you have any advise how to fix this? Video of the issue attached, please urgently advise.
